One in four people struggle with some form of mental illness. For such a common issue, the struggle is largely silent--the stigma too heavy and too heavy to expose to scrutiny.
We believe there is healing power in appropriately sharing our mental health struggles. In this online workshop, we will tackle the shame and isolation which often accompany mental illness. Together, we will learn to forgive ourselves and others, grieve our losses and celebrate our hope for a healthier future.
