Life doesn’t come with a manual, and sometimes the path forward can feel overwhelming or unclear. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing anxiety or depression, navigating a major life change, or simply trying to find your voice, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Â
In a safe and supportive space we can work together to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and face challenges head-on. Together, you and I will be able to identify practical strategies that support lasting personal growth.
Â
I’m passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults as they move through various life stages and transitions. I have a special interest in anxiety, depression, career development, and helping clients feel more confident and empowered in their everyday lives.
Â
After earning two Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminology and Psychology, I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindenwood University. Additionally, I also obtained a Certificate in Child Forensic Psychology from Missouri State University. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey toward becoming your best self.
