We know you have questions! Here are a few of the most common questions we get, and their answers.

How much does each session cost?

Sessions are typically 50-minutes.  Our rates vary by provider based on experience, education/training and licensure. 

 

      - $120 to $200 for experienced therapists

      - $45 to $90 for Graduate Students

 

While we encourage regular counseling, generally once per week, you can schedule appointments as often or as infrequently as you prefer.  We're not going anywhere.

 

Other things to consider:

 

- What kind of therapist do I want?

- What level of experience would I prefer?

- What am I comfortable paying?

 

CCA is considered an out-of-network provider.  Many of our clients are able to access out-of-network benefits.  To find out if you have out-of-network benefits, we can give you a list of questions for your insurance company to get you started.  We will provide documentation so you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement.  Just ask.

 

Counseling is affordable.  We will do our best to help you regardless of your financial situation.

How do I find a therapist that is a good fit?

At Chesterfield Counseling Associates we believe it is crucial that you are connected to the therapist that is the best fit for YOU. Each of our therapists has a bio that can help you get a feel for who they are and what they specialize in. Our Client Care Coordinators also have extensive knowledge around which therapist would be best for your needs.

 

In the event that you feel your therapist is not the best fit, we want to help remedy that! Please let the therapist know, or contact us via phone or email. We fully understand that this can feel awkward but it’s our goal to find the exact right fit for you.
