Stephanie Peters
Counselor
After spending nearly two decades in the corporate world, I realized my true calling was to support people in a deeper and more meaningful way. That realization inspired me to return to school and pursue a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—work that allows me to walk with others through some of life’s hardest and most beautiful moments.
I’ve been fortunate to work with children, pre-teens, and adults, supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, anger, low self-esteem, and self-confidence. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients understand their inner world, build new skills, and reconnect with their strengths.
At the heart of my work is a genuine belief in people’s ability to grow and heal. I strive to offer a space where clients feel safe, understood, and valued. My hope is to be a steady source of compassion and encouragement as clients explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and move toward the meaningful change they deserve.
