• Paid holidays and three weeks total sick time/paid time off for the first twelve months.  In your second year, sick time/PTO earned goes to four weeks.

• Flexibility with scheduling.  Some Saturdays may be necessary in the beginning but after you have met your goals, you have the option of working on a Saturday or not, if you so choose.  Additionally, you can choose your start and stop time during the week as long as you maintain 40 hours. 

• $500 Continuing education allowance

• Average client load 24 to 30 per week
