Life can be difficult and a little (or a lot) confusing. Perhaps you do not feel you are where you want to be or that your life is not quite right for you. Maybe you are questioning what to do or where to go next but you are just not sure--you're stuck. It can feel difficulty, defeating, stagnating or even suffocating and you may feel hopeless wondering "How do I get past this?"

You may feel lost or not like yourself in this moment, but I can help you find YOU again.

Considering therapy can be a big step. If you are reading this, then you've moved beyond just considering it and are actively seeking solutions, looking for help. I am available to be part of the process for improving your life. As a therapist, I focus on making our time together in therapy, individualized for you. I want to get to know you, understand what’s going on in your life, and give you a compassionate and empathetic space to explore, overcome, and work to get you back to living the life you’ve been longing for.

I am a graduate student and Counselor in Training. I currently attend Colorado Christian University where I will receive my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Methodist University. I work with adults, teens, and children. I enjoy working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, emotional dysregulation, women’s issues, perfectionism, and self-esteem. I tend to utilize a cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approach, but therapy is not a one size fits all so I will use an approach that best suits you and your individualized needs.
